Two groups of four can spend the same afternoon at The Axe Hole House in Davie and have very different outings. One might want a full hour to settle an axe throwing rematch. Another might want everyone to try axes, paintball targets, and Plate Therapy. Here’s how to pick the right private experience for your first visit.
1. Start with your headcount
For two people, start with the date night packages. For up to four, compare the private group options. For five to twelve, go straight to parties and team building. Check the guest limit on the individual package before choosing a time.
2. Compare the total price for your group
The Dirty Axe Hole is $99 total for up to four guests. With four friends, that works out to $24.75 each. The Manager’s Group Package is $159 total, or $39.75 each with four. The extra $15 per person buys a different activity mix.
3. Decide how much time you want on the lane
If your group wants to practice and play rematches, the Dirty Axe Hole gives you 60 minutes on the lane with axes, knives, ninja stars, and throwing cards. First-timers get an introduction and coaching. You can learn alongside the people you came with on your private lane.
4. Read what’s included in a combo
The Manager’s Group Package includes 30 minutes of axe throwing, 200 paintballs for indoor targets, and four therapy plates. Paintball here means shooting at targets. Paintballs and plates are counted by quantity, so compare those numbers alongside the axe time.
5. Check ages before you invite everyone
Guests must be at least 15. A parent or legal guardian must be physically present for guests ages 15–17. If you’re organizing a birthday, send families the waiver and venue rules with the invitation so they can plan ahead.
6. Plan for check-in in Davie
The venue is at 5619 South University Drive in Davie, near Fort Lauderdale. Wear closed-toe shoes and aim to arrive 15–20 minutes before your session. Meeting friends there? Give them the arrival time as well as the throwing time.
