The Axe Hole House is a private indoor entertainment venue in Davie, Florida, serving guests from Fort Lauderdale and across Broward County.

Where are you located?

Find us at 5619 South University Drive, Davie, FL, near Fort Lauderdale.

What can we book?

Choose from axe and knife throwing, indoor paintball target shooting, Plate Therapy, or eligible combination experiences. Experiences are private for your group.

Do we need experience?

No. Our team gives every group safety instructions, coaching, and guidance before play.

Age, ID & participation

How old do guests need to be?

Guests must be at least 15 years old to participate. Guests ages 15–17 need a parent or legal guardian physically present. Guests under 15 cannot participate.

What should I bring to check in?

Guests 18 and older should bring valid photo ID. The reservation name, payment card, ID, and waiver should match the person responsible for the booking.

Can I participate while pregnant?

For safety, pregnant guests cannot participate in throwing, target shooting, or Plate Therapy.

Waivers & arrival

Does everyone need a waiver?

Yes. Each participant must complete the electronic waiver before taking part. A parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver for guests ages 15–17. Complete the waiver.

When should we arrive?

Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in, waiver verification, safety instructions, and setup. Your booking time is when the experience begins.

What if we arrive late?

Guests arriving 7 minutes or more after the scheduled start may need to reschedule. Sessions cannot run into the next group’s reserved time.

Booking, changes & refunds

Should we book ahead?

Advance reservations are recommended to secure your preferred time. Friday evenings, Saturdays, holidays, and popular slots can fill quickly.

Can I get a refund or change my booking?

Bookings are non-refundable. Eligible reservations may be rescheduled or converted to a booking credit under the rescheduling policy. Eligible credits are valid for up to 12 months. No-shows, late arrivals, policy violations, or safety-related refusals may not qualify.

Axe & knife throwing

Is throwing beginner friendly? Is equipment included?

Yes. Coaching and approved equipment are provided for your selected experience. Personal axes, knives, and other throwing equipment are not allowed. Follow staff instructions and lane rules at all times; unauthorized trick shots are not permitted.

What should I wear?

Wear long sleeves, pants, and closed-toe shoes. Comfortable clothing that lets you move freely is best.

Drinks & venue rules

Can we bring drinks?

BYOB may be allowed for eligible axe-throwing bookings. Beer, wine, and hard seltzer are permitted only when allowed for your booking. No liquor, no drinking in the throwing lane, and no participation while impaired. Staff may refuse participation when safety is a concern.

Can I smoke, vape, or bring a pet?

Smoking, vaping, and tobacco use are not allowed inside the facility. Only trained service animals are permitted where allowed by law and facility safety requirements.

Paintball target shooting & Plate Therapy

Is paintball played against other guests?

No. This is indoor paintball target shooting: you shoot at targets, not other guests. Your package includes approved equipment and the paintballs listed for the selected experience.

What is Plate Therapy?

Write it, throw it, break it. Plate Therapy is a guided plate-breaking experience available with selected packages or as an eligible add-on. No experience is needed.

Groups, parties & photos

Can you host date nights, birthdays, and team events?

Yes. Private experiences work well for couples, friend groups, birthdays, team events, and celebrations. Package capacity varies, so select the option that fits your group size.

Can we take photos and videos?

Personal photos and videos are welcome when they do not interrupt safety instructions or another group’s experience. Video upgrades may be available with select bookings.
